Q. Can I get a refund for my ticket?
A. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets.
Q. Where and when do I pick-up my pre-ordered tickets before the concert?
A. Pre-ordered or Will Call tickets are available at the venue ticket table approximately 1 hour before the concert.
Q. How can I audition for VCS?
A. Auditions are scheduled and held when there is availability in the choir. You can email: email@example.com and ask to stay on the audition list, you will be contacted when auditions are scheduled. You you will required to complete a questionnaire to determine you musical qualifications. Please note: We expect auditioning singers to have several years of experience in singing classical choral repertoire and have had significant solo vocal training in classical repertoire as well, which allows them to sing in a variety of languages, sight read music at an advanced level, and have a knowledge of historical musical style and interpretation.
Q. Is there assigned seating at concerts?
A. Generally, there is no assigned seating at our concerts. Seating is based on a first come, first serve basis. Season Subscribers receive assigned seating at our Christmas Reprise concerts. Assigned seatings are applied when we partner with another musical partner to present concerts.
Q. Is the concert venue accessible?
A. All of our concert venues are fully accessible. If special arrangements are required, please email Michelle: firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure we can accommodate your request for the concert.
